Brandon ChinTHIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE VENTURED OUT TO START SOMETHING, BUT IT IS THE FIRST TIME, IT'S TRULY MINE.
A deep rooted love for our classic dishes around our region and guided by my penchant for the old, and a quirky observation of the present; my creations form a bridge that brings us to the past yet present in a modern interpretation of what we grew up with.

After graduating from culinary school I have had the opportunity to work in various roles in the F&B industry.
Having spent the last 12 years working in the non-profit sector, primarily for persons living with HIV; I enjoy backpacking, hiking and experimenting with local foods in my free time.
Having come from a long line of hawkers and excellent home cooks, I grew up in both the kitchen and coffee shop; however I am no cook but an excellent taste tester. I manage our brand, website and ordering system, while Brandon creates all the wonderful products to share and enjoy.
